Pricing
Two numbers, and one of them is optional.
One tier. No setup fee, no per seat charge, no annual contract, no implementation package. Add your whole crew and it costs the same.
Subscription
$149
per month, per shop. Every user included.
Payments
0.75%
of payments that settle through Marquee, capped at $250 a transaction. Nothing on money you collect yourself.
What the rate costs
On a job of this size
Our share only, on a payment that settles through Marquee. Your card processor charges its own fee on top, the same as it does today and the same as it would anywhere else.
| Payment | Marquee |
|---|---|
| $400.00 | $3.00 |
| $1,200.00 | $9.00 |
| $2,400.00 | $18.00 |
| $10,000.00 | $75.00 |
| $40,000.00 | $250.00 |
The cap binds at $33,333.33, so one unusually large job cannot produce a fee that ends the relationship. What a payment costs on each rail is a separate question and it is answered separately.
The part you should check
Your rate cannot be raised on you
Not as a promise. Your rate is a value stored on your own shop record, not a setting we read from somewhere central. If we ever change the rate we charge new shops, there is no mechanism by which that reaches yours.
We built it that way because a price increase with no new features is the most common reason shops leave the software they have. It seemed like a bad thing to leave ourselves the option of doing.
- Your rate lives on your shop record, not in a global setting
- No setup fee, ever, on any plan
- No per user charge, however many people you add
- No annual contract and no cancellation fee
- Nothing charged on a payment you take outside Marquee
- One click exports everything, line items included

Questions
The ones worth asking
- Do I have to take payments through Marquee?
- No. Record a check or a bank transfer you took yourself and the invoice settles the same way. You only pay the rate on money that actually moves through Marquee.
- What happens to the rate later?
- Your rate is stored on your shop, not read from a setting we control. Raising the default cannot reach a shop that already signed.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Monthly, cancel whenever. Export everything on the way out, line items included.
- What about my old data?
- Import your customer list from a CSV. Open quotes and jobs can come in the same way.
- How many users can I add?
- As many as work in your shop. The price does not change, which is the main reason it is one flat number instead of a per seat one.
- What if I only quote and never invoice?
- Then you pay $149 and nothing else. The rate only applies to payments, so a shop that collects by check pays the subscription alone.
Try it on one real job first.
Monthly, cancel whenever, and your data exports whole on the way out. There is no version of this where leaving is hard.
