For sign shops with two to ten people
Run the whole job in one place. Quote, proof, produce, invoice, get paid.
Marquee replaces the spreadsheet you quote from, the free invoicing tool you bill from, and the email chain you approve artwork in. One system, in the order the work actually happens.
- Every user included
- No setup fee, no contract
- Export everything, any time

Why
Nothing is wrong with the spreadsheet until four things are.
01
The quote takes twenty minutes
You open last year's spreadsheet, find something close, and change the numbers. The formula is three years old and nobody remembers what the markup assumed.
02
Nobody knows which proof they approved
The sign off is somewhere in an email chain, on version two or version four, and you find out which at the worst possible moment.
03
You cannot see the week
What is due Friday lives in your head, on a whiteboard, or in a text thread with the guy running the printer.
04
Invoicing is a separate chore
So it happens on Sunday, a week late, in a different tool, and then you chase the payment by phone.
How it works
One job, six steps, nothing in between them.
Each step hands the job to the next one. You never re-type anything and nothing lives in a second place.
01
Quote
Pick a product, set the size and quantity. The price comes off your own template.
02
Approve
Your customer opens a link, sees your brand, and approves or asks for a change.
03
Proof
Upload artwork. Every version stays on the job, not in somebody's mailbox.
04
Produce
A board with your stage names. Your crew moves jobs and adds photos from a phone.
05
Invoice
Deposit up front and the balance at the end, or one invoice. Tax is computed.
06
Get paid
Card or bank transfer from the invoice email. Overdue reminders go out on their own.
Step four, on a real screen
Everything in the shop, in the order it is due.

Your own stage names. Your crew moves jobs from a phone on the floor.
Steps one and two, on a real screen
A quote they can approve from a phone.
Pick a product, set the size, and the price comes off your own template. Sales tax is computed from your rate and your customer's exemption, never typed.
Then they get a link, not an attachment. No account, no password. They see your brand, and they approve or ask for a change while you are doing something else.

Before you sign up
What Marquee is not.
- Not for commercial sign companies
- No permits, no site surveys, no install crew dispatch. If that is your work, Marquee is the wrong size and one of the big systems is right.
- Not multi trade
- Signs, banners, flags, wraps and vinyl. Going wide is what made the other systems heavy and slow to set up.
- Not an accounting package
- It records what you charged and what you collected, and exports all of it. It does not replace your books.
- New
- Marquee is early and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There is no case study here because there is not one to show yet.
Start with one real job.
Set up your products in an afternoon, run a quote you were going to write anyway, and see whether it beats the spreadsheet. That is the only test that matters.
